Using CBD Oil
To start, it can be helpful to count the drops of CBD oil using a mirror. After shaking the bottle, use the dropper to place the oil in your mouth and hold it there for 2-3 minutes.
Use your tongue to move the oil around your mouth, making sure it touches as much of the oral mucosa as possible, so only a minimal amount remains. There’s no need to rinse; spit out the remaining oil*. It leaves a pleasant orange taste in the mouth.
You can use 5-15 drops of CBD oil 1-3 times a day, during the times that work best for you.
*The ingredients of USA Medical Oral Drops CBD oil are pure, natural, and harmless to health, such as hemp seed oil, grape seed oil, CBD, and orange oil.
We would like to emphasize that different batches of the product may vary slightly in color, taste, and texture despite having the same composition and guaranteed content of active ingredients. This is due to the completely natural ingredients used. The product’s color may range from pale yellowish-green to more intense yellow within this spectrum.
However, this does not affect the quality and effectiveness of the product.
CBD Oil: Morning or Evening?
You can use CBD oil in the morning or evening, depending on your needs. It is ideal to divide the daily dosage into 2-3 separate doses by using drops rather than taking one large dose per day.
Daily dosage of CBD oil
It is important to keep track of your CBD usage. It’s useful to regularly note down information about your usage (when, how much CBD you used, and for how many days) on a calendar.
CBD dosage and the Endocannabinoid System
CBD is one of the most well-known active compounds produced by the hemp plant, called a phytocannabinoid molecule.
The plant extract is widely used globally, but primarily in the USA as a dietary supplement and ingredient in food and animal products.
Phytocannabinoids (CBD, CBG, CBN) have a similar structure to the endocannabinoid molecules produced by our bodies, which are part of our endocannabinoid system!
Application of CBD Oil: Supported by Research
If we look back into the past, it was the research on hemp molecules (such as CBD) that led to the discovery of our endocannabinoid system.
This is where the name comes from. The human body and the bodies of mammals produce cannabinoids, more specifically, endocannabinoid molecules (such as Anandamide and 2-AG).
These compounds have a similar structure to the phytocannabinoids produced by hemp.
Additionally, we have receptors (CB1 and CB2) to which human and plant cannabinoid molecules can, directly and indirectly, bind, acting as “keys fitting into locks.”
CBD and the endocannabinoid system work together to help your body heal and make you feel like the very best version of yourself!
