Fulfillment & Shipping Policy
Placing Your Order:
All orders are fulfilled by our warehousing partner in Carrolton, TX. To ensure fast & accurate delivery, we have a standard operating procedure in place (SOP). Please review this SOP to understand our delivery process and expectations.
Delivery Options:
You have three delivery options at USA Medical:
- Standard (3–5 Business Days)
- Express Air (2 Business Days)
- Overnight (1 Business Day)
All USA Medical orders under $100 come with free standard shipping
All USA Medical orders over $100 come with free express air shipping.
Delivery Timeline:
All orders are fulfilled automatically at 9 AM, Monday – Friday.
Any order placed after 9 AM will be fulfilled the next business day.
Standard shipping arrives 3-5 business days after leaving our warehouse.
Express air shipping arrives 2 business days after leaving our warehouse.
Overnight shipping arrives 1 business day after leaving our warehouse.
Where is my order?
When USPS/UPS/FedEx scans your order, you are sent a tracking ID. If you don’t see your tracking ID, please contact us.
I entered the wrong address. Can you fix it?
If you entered an incorrect address, it is unlikely we will be able to stop the automated process. However, text (323) 352-9131 right away, as we may be able to re-route it.
My order is late, what can you do?
Once USPS or UPS has taken your order, we have no control over the delivery timeline. If your order is more than one (1) day late, please contact us so we can submit a claim on your behalf.
My order was damaged in transit. What can you do?
If your order is damaged in transit, contact us to submit a claim. We will replace the damaged part of your order immediately!
