Placing Your Order

All orders are fulfilled by our warehouse partner in Carrollton, TX.

How Fast Fulfillment Works:

Our warehousing partner has adopted a fully automated processing to ensure fast and accurate fulfillment. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please review this policy to understand our delivery process and expectations.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Ground (3-5 Business Days)
  • 2-Day Air Express (2-3 Business Days)
  • FedEx Overnight (1 Business Day)
  • UPS Overnight (1 Business Day)

Business days exclude weekends.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are fulfilled automatically at 9 AM CT, Monday–Friday.

Orders placed after 9 AM are fulfilled the next business day.

All orders require 1 business day for packing & handling.

Where is my order?

When USPS, UPS, or FedEx scans your order, you’ll receive a tracking ID. If you don’t see it, please contact us.

I entered the wrong address. Can you fix it?

Due to our automated process, address changes are unlikely. Text us at (814) 403-0835 immediately.

My order is late. What can you do?

Once USPS or UPS picks up your order, we cannot control delivery timelines. If your order is more than 1 business day late, contact us so we can submit a claim on your behalf.

My order was damaged in transit. What can you do?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us to submit a claim. We’ll replace the damaged item(s) right away!

I live outside the United States. Can I place an order?
