Placing Your Order

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Carrollton, TX.

Fast, Accurate, and Automated Fulfillment:

To ensure fast and accurate delivery, we follow a standard operating procedure (SOP) with fully automated processing. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please review this SOP to understand our delivery process and expectations.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are fulfilled automatically at 9 AM, Monday–Friday.

Orders placed after 9 AM are fulfilled the next business day.

Orders require 1 business day for handling.

Where is my order?

When USPS, UPS, or FedEx scans your order, you’ll receive a tracking ID. If you don’t see it, please contact us.

I entered the wrong address. Can you fix it?

Due to our automated process, address changes are unlikely. Text (323) 352-9131 immediately—we may be able to re-route it.

My order is late. What can you do?

Once USPS or UPS picks up your order, we cannot control delivery timelines. If your order is more than 1 business day late, contact us so we can submit a claim on your behalf.

My order was damaged in transit. What can you do?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us to submit a claim. We’ll replace the damaged items right away!

I live outside the United States. Can I place an order?
