Dear USA Medical, I first encountered CBD hemp oil in the summer of 2023. For several months I took 12 drops twice a day. Then I took a break. A low-dose product.
It’s very hard to judge what would happen if I didn’t use it. But I believe in it and use it, it’s a serious help when I’m in pain.

Love the product, and all was well with my order. But I placed a separate order for my mom that apparently did not process. I sent multiple texts and emails regarding the status, but never got a response. Until now, the customer service has been excellent. However, this incident is disappointing, and I will shop around next time.
