Love the product, and all was well with my order. But I placed a separate order for my mom that apparently did not process. I sent multiple texts and emails regarding the status, but never got a response. Until now, the customer service has been excellent. However, this incident is disappointing, and I will shop around next time.

Excellent communication & packaging. This is the first time I am trying a product like this (no THC, just cannabis oil). It was at the recommendation of my pain specialist for topical application for pain control while I await my knee replacement surgery date in a couple of months.
