I’m satisfied with the product. I often wake during the night and have trouble falling back asleep, but since I started using it my sleep quality is much better. I wake less often, or not at all, sleep through the night, and feel much more rested.

Love the product, and all was well with my order. But I placed a separate order for my mom that apparently did not process. I sent multiple texts and emails regarding the status, but never got a response. Until now, the customer service has been excellent. However, this incident is disappointing, and I will shop around next time.
Never received, company will not respond to inquiries
