This tincture is incredibly helpful in calming the anxiety I hold in my body, particularly during the daytime. I bought it thinking it would help with sleep, but it's not as good at that; it's better for daytime calming. It has helped me A LOT! I highly recommend for anyone who deals with a lot of anxiety during the day - it calms my body which allows my mind to settle down more easily.

Love the product, and all was well with my order. But I placed a separate order for my mom that apparently did not process. I sent multiple texts and emails regarding the status, but never got a response. Until now, the customer service has been excellent. However, this incident is disappointing, and I will shop around next time.
