A bottle’s sticker price is only the start. Compare the amount of CBD, bottle size, current price, ingredients and batch-specific lab report to understand what you are buying.

Three CBD oil bottles labeled 500 mg, 1,000 mg and 3,000 mg arranged side by side

Start with the label

Three numbers answer different questions

01

Total CBD

The milligrams shown for the whole bottle. This lets you compare how much CBD the package says it contains.

02

Bottle volume

Milliliters tell you how much liquid is in the bottle. A 30 mL bottle can have different CBD concentrations.

03

Price per amount

Use the live checkout price and total CBD to calculate a common unit for comparison.

The quick calculation

Compare price per 100 mg of CBD

Current item price × 100 ÷ labeled total milligrams = price per 100 mg. For example, a hypothetical $30 bottle labeled 1,000 mg works out to $3 per 100 mg. The example is arithmetic only, not a current USA Medical price.

To compare concentration, divide labeled total milligrams by bottle volume. A 1,000 mg / 30 mL bottle is about 33.3 mg/mL. This says how much CBD is labeled per milliliter; it is not a suggested serving.

Same size, different concentration

Worked label examples

These calculations use the current 30 mL product labels. They do not include a price, discount or medical recommendation.

Labeled bottleCalculationConcentrationPrice per 100 mg formula
500 mg / 30 mL500 ÷ 30about 16.7 mg/mLprice × 100 ÷ 500
1,000 mg / 30 mL1,000 ÷ 30about 33.3 mg/mLprice × 100 ÷ 1,000
3,000 mg / 30 mL3,000 ÷ 30100 mg/mLprice × 100 ÷ 3,000

The three USA Medical oils share the same broad-spectrum formula and bottle volume; the labeled CBD concentration differs. Check each current product page and package for its complete ingredient statement.

Value has more than one part

What a unit-price comparison cannot tell you

  1. 01

Whether a batch report matches the item

Look for a product or batch identifier, testing date, lab identity and measured cannabinoid results. A report is useful only when you can connect it to the product in hand.

  2. 02

Whether the ingredients fit your preferences

Read the complete ingredient list, including carrier oils and flavorings.

  3. 03

    Which checkout terms apply

Shipping, subscription settings, discounts and eligibility can change the actual total. Review the current terms before you order.

  4. 04

    Whether the product suits you

Price and concentration do not establish effectiveness or personal suitability. CBD may interact with medicines; ask a health professional about safety questions.

Common questions

CBD oil price FAQ

Is a higher-strength bottle always better value?

No. Calculate price per 100 mg from the current price and label, then weigh the report, ingredients, bottle size and your own preferences. Strength alone does not establish quality or suitability.

Should I compare price per milliliter or per milligram?

They answer different questions: price per milliliter compares liquid volume; price per 100 mg compares labeled CBD amount. If concentrations differ, compare the latter alongside product documentation.

Why don’t you list prices in this guide?

Prices and offers can change. Use the live product pages and current checkout total for the purchase you are considering.

Can the label tell me how much to use?

The label helps explain the product’s stated contents and directions. This guide does not provide a personal amount or schedule. Discuss CBD with a clinician or pharmacist if you have health or medication questions.
