I've been using 3000 mg CBD oil for about a month, so I don't have much experience yet. Maybe my sleep is starting to improve. I take 1x3 drops at 6 PM. The reason for this amount is that I take Rivotril and have become dependent on it, and I can't stop because of withdrawal symptoms. The drug and the oil were clashing, and I started panicking again, so I stopped taking the morning 3 drops, and it feels right now. I use it for joint pain, panic attacks, and insomnia. It's very good for my joints, and I feel much less pain. My panic has also somewhat decreased, but it's still early days. My insomnia is better too, not perfect, but I'm able to sleep for a few hours.
