I had tinnitus, and I tried CBG Oil oil after giving up on other doctors who couldn't help me. Unfortunately, it didn't improve my tinnitus. But as a side effect, it helped lower my high blood pressure (though I'm also on medication). I put 4-1 dose under my tongue at night, and I sleep very well. I don't use it during the day, even though my work is very stressful, but for now, I'm managing. Since I started taking it about a year ago, I hardly ever had headaches (though I rarely had them even before). The price and effect of this dose are acceptable for me, and the small bottle lasts quite a long time with the evening full doses.
