Hey there! So, about a year ago, I started taking the USA Medical 500mg CBG Oil full doses, just 1 dose in the morning and 1 dose at night. You know, I had trouble sleeping and kept waking up at night. But after a few days, things changed! I started sleeping more and deeper, which I really needed. After a few months, I reduced it to just 1 dropper in the morning and 1 dropper at night, and that worked too. But lately, I stopped using the CBG Oil oil, and I noticed I wasn't sleeping as well again, so I started taking it again!
