I'm using the 1000mg CBG Oil oil for the past two months. I take it twice a day, 1 dose after breakfast and 1 dose after dinner (I started with 1 dose the first week, then increased to 1 dose in the third week until my next lab test at the end of January). I decided to try this because I have some inflammation in my body, high blood pressure, slightly high cholesterol, and pains in my shoulders, knees, and spine. I thought this could be an alternative to reduce my medication. Gradually, some of my problems improved. I don't take painkillers anymore, and though the pain isn't completely gone, it's manageable. I noticed that my movement improved during physical work. My first lab test showed improvements; my cholesterol level went down, and I could reduce my blood pressure medication by half. When I increased the dosage, my condition worsened, so I went back to 2x1 dose. I had high blood pressure, insulin resistance, gallstones, and lactose intolerance, which caused bloating and discomfort throughout my days. Since I started taking the full doses, my blood pressure has normalized, and I only need to take half the amount of medication. My bloating has gone away, and I can eat anything without worry.
