I started taking it three weeks ago…regularly, 5 drops twice a day. I sleep well…my blood pressure doesn’t fluctuate…my appetite has increased and I feel better and better. I've heard a lot about the benefits of CBD oil. I've been using the 500 mg oil for about a month now. Currently, I take 5 drops once in the morning after waking up and another 5 drops around 6 p.m., under the tongue. I have heart rhythm issues, and I take it before exercise, during workouts, I don’t experience any issues, and I’ve noticed less and less during the day, too.

I started using CBD oil on January 25, 2023, on my doctor’s recommendation for knee, hip, nerve, and other pains because painkillers no longer worked, and I couldn’t sleep due to the pain, I was simply exhausted. I started with the 3000 mg oil, taking 1 drop twice a day in the first week, 2 drops twice a day in the second week, and by the third week, I was taking 3 drops twice a day. I’ve been suffering from pain for decades, so I’m cautious about every new treatment method and its effectiveness, especially in the first few weeks or months. One thing is certain! The fact that I sleep more at night now is a miracle for me, and the intensity of the pain has also decreased! I’m starting to hope that things will get even better!

About a year ago, based on recommendations from several people, we got the oil for our dog (an Argentine Dogo) because he’s allergic to house dust and storage mites.
