These Terms govern the U.S. website and store operated by EB Partner LLC, doing business as USA Medical. By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked above.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, introduce malicious code, or use content in violation of law or intellectual-property rights.

Products and availability

We work to keep descriptions, images, ingredients, pricing, and availability accurate, but may correct errors or update information. Product packaging can change; review the physical label before use. A product marked Request is available for an interest or availability request and is not represented as immediately purchasable. Manufacturing origin and other product facts apply only when stated for that specific product.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and the final total are shown before an order is submitted. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not require us to accept an order affected by an error, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, payment failure, delivery restriction, or legal restriction. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Shipping, returns, and promotions

The Shipping and Ordering Policy explains processing, delivery, and tracking. The Returns and Refunds Policy explains eligibility and the request process. Promotions, coupons, free products, memberships, and bundles may have additional terms shown with the offer. A membership is not active and no membership fee is charged unless checkout expressly identifies the recurring product, price, billing frequency, and consent. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined and have no cash value.

Reviews, quizzes, and recommendations

Reviews reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee results. Quiz or routine recommendations are informational, depend on the answers provided, and do not replace professional advice. You remain in control of what you purchase and use.

Intellectual property

The website and its text, design, graphics, logos, photos, video, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to USA Medical and protected by applicable law. Personal, noncommercial use is permitted. Other copying, republication, sale, modification, or exploitation requires written permission.

Third-party services and links

Checkout, payment, shipping, analytics, social, and other functions may rely on third parties. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services. A link does not mean we control or endorse every statement on an external site.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from website use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, severability, and governing law

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. and state law, without overriding any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
