Your information, your choices

Privacy Policy

Clear information about what we collect, why we use it, who helps us operate, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This policy explains how EB Partner LLC, doing business as USA Medical (“USA Medical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal information through this U.S. website, our store, customer support, and connected services.

In plain English

We use the information needed to operate the store, fulfill orders, answer customers, improve the site, and send marketing only where permitted. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google API data for advertising.

Information we collect

  • Identity and contact details: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address.
  • Order and account details: products, order history, account settings, support messages, returns, and promotion use. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout; we do not intentionally store complete card numbers on this website.
  • Routine and preference details: quiz answers, saved routines, product interests, and communication preferences you choose to provide.
  • Device and usage details: IP address, browser and device information, referral source, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location derived from IP, and cookie or similar identifiers.
  • Information from partners: delivery updates, payment status, marketing attribution, and other information needed to operate or measure our services.

How we use information

  • provide accounts, checkout, payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and support;
  • personalize product discovery and save the routine or preferences you request;
  • send transactional messages and, with the required permission, marketing messages;
  • protect customers and the business, prevent fraud, troubleshoot, and secure our systems;
  • measure and improve the website, campaigns, products, and customer experience; and
  • meet accounting, tax, legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We and our service providers may use essential cookies for cart, checkout, security, account, and preference functions. Where enabled and permitted, analytics and advertising technologies help us understand site use and campaign performance. Available consent controls should be used to manage nonessential technologies. Browser settings may also block or delete cookies, although parts of checkout or account functionality may then stop working.

Google-connected services

USA Medical uses Google OAuth for an internal reporting application used by authorized USA Medical staff. A connection begins only after a staff member chooses a Google account and approves the permissions shown by Google.

  • Access and use: We access authorized Google Ads campaign and performance data, Google Analytics traffic and conversion reporting, Search Console search and indexing data, and related reporting data only for USA Medical website operations, marketing measurement, and internal reporting. The exact permissions are shown by Google before a staff member approves access.
  • Storage and security: We retain authorization tokens and necessary reporting data in USA Medical’s secured application systems, outside Google’s services, only as needed to operate the connection, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations, using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
  • Sharing: We do not sell Google user data or use it for personalized advertising. Access is limited to authorized staff and infrastructure, hosting, database, or technical-support providers needed to operate the application. We otherwise disclose it only for security, as legally required, or in another manner permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy and with required consent.
  • Human access: People do not read Google user data except with affirmative permission, for security or support where necessary, to comply with law, or when data is aggregated for lawful internal operations.
  • Your control: Google account holders can review or revoke access through Google Account connections.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

When we disclose information

We may disclose information to vendors that help with website hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, fulfillment, shipping, email, analytics, advertising, customer support, professional advice, and data security. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. Vendors are expected to use information only for the services they provide to us.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including customer service, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information associated with you, or object to certain uses. You may unsubscribe from marketing through the message link and can still receive necessary order or account messages. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate for exercising a privacy right.
