This is the highest quality magnesium our family has found. It helps us adults to sleep, and helps our 12 year old's nervous system to be more calm.

My family and I absolutely love this product!! I wanted us to get off of melatonin at night, so I tried this product after watching a lot of Jake's videos. I took it for a month, and it worked so well I put both of my teenagers on it. They have no issues falling asleep.
