For example, instead of saying, \u201cI want to lose 10 pounds,\u201d you say, \u201cI\u2019m the type of person who easily loses weight.\u201d This small shift has a huge impact. It brings your goal into the present, influencing every decision you make.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here\u2019s how it works: imagine you\u2019re about to grab a candy bar.
