We will make a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise unusable delivery right. A product-specific written guarantee may provide additional eligibility.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Standard eligibility<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact us within 30 days of the order date to request an exchange for a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise unusable item.<\/li>\n<li>For damage visible on arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery when possible and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.<\/li>\n<li>Consumable products are not returned to inventory. We may not require a physical return unless it is needed for carrier, quality-control, or fraud review.<\/li>\n<li>Where verified, we will send the same item without additional product or standard shipping charges. If it is unavailable, we may offer an equal-value alternative or another remedy required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Product-specific guarantees<\/h2>\n<p>Full-strength 3,000 mg CBG Oil and 3,000 mg CBD Oil purchases currently carry a 30-day product guarantee. An eligible customer may request a refund within 30 days of the order date; original shipping is not refundable except where required by law or when USA Medical made the shipping error. Any different written guarantee shown on a product or promotion page controls for that offer.<\/p>\n<h2>Items normally not eligible<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>change-of-mind returns of supplements, foods, cosmetics, CBD\/CBG products, or other consumables;<\/li>\n<li>requests made outside the stated window, unless required by law;<\/li>\n<li>damage caused after delivery by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow label directions; and<\/li>\n<li>products purchased from another retailer, which must be handled under that retailer&#8217;s policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to request help<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Email <a href=\"mailto:support@usamedical.com\">support@usamedical.com<\/a> or use the <a href=\"\/en\/contact\/\">contact form<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Include the order number, product name, what went wrong, and photos when relevant.<\/li>\n<li>Wait for instructions before sending anything. If a return is required, we will provide the return authorization and destination.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If we require a physical return for a verified eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect-order claim, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Do not mail a product without instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions control posting time after we submit a refund.
