The checkout total is the controlling offer for that order.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Processing and delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Orders are generally processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays usually begin processing on the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can change because of address issues, inventory, promotions, holidays, weather, carrier conditions, or other events outside our control.<\/p>\n<h2>Address and carrier responsibility<\/h2>\n<p>Enter a complete deliverable address, including apartment or suite where needed. Review it before submitting the order. Carrier notes are requests and cannot always be guaranteed. If tracking is stalled, says delivered but the package cannot be found, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and relevant photos so we can review the carrier and fulfillment records.<\/p>\n<h2>Warm-weather and product care<\/h2>\n<p>Some delivery locations can become very hot. Choose an address and available delivery method that reduce time in heat, and retrieve packages promptly.
