Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please review this policy to understand our delivery process and expectations.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Delivery Options<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Standard Ground <\/strong>(3-5 Business Days)<\/li>\n<li><strong>2-Day Air Express <\/strong>(2-3 Business Days)<\/li>\n<li><strong>FedEx Overnight <\/strong>(1 Business Day)<\/li>\n<li><strong>UPS Overnight <\/strong>(1 Business Day)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Business days exclude weekends.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Delivery Timeline<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Orders are fulfilled automatically at 9 AM CT, Monday\u2013Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Orders placed after 9 AM are fulfilled the next business day.<\/p>\n<p>All orders require 1 business day for packing &amp; handling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where is my order?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>When USPS, UPS, or FedEx scans your order, you\u2019ll receive a tracking ID. If you don\u2019t see it, please contact us.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>I entered the wrong address. Can you fix it?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Due to our automated process, address changes are unlikely. Text us at (814) 403-0835 immediately.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>My order is late. What can you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Once USPS or UPS picks up your order, we cannot control delivery timelines. If your order is more than 1 business day late, contact us so we can submit a claim on your behalf.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>My order was damaged in transit. What can you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>If your order arrives damaged, contact us to submit a claim.
